Return & Refund Policy – Innove Essentials

At Innove Essentials, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

1) Return eligibility (14 days)

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, in resalable condition.

  • All original tags, accessories, and parts (if applicable) are included.

  • You provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked Final Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care / hygiene products that have been opened or used (for health and safety reasons)

  • Any item damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

2) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

3) How to start a return

To request a return, email us at info@innoveessentials.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order # 

Please include:

  • Full name on the order

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4) Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, color, style, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Processing time: If approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Your bank/credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund (typically 5–10 business days).

6) Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please contact info@innoveessentials.com. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.

7) Order cancellations

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by emailing info@innoveessentials.com. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
